Taylor Swift will not be submitting her re-recorded Fearless (Taylor's Version) for Grammy and CMA Awards consideration.

The pop superstar, 31, re-recorded her 2008 second studio album after Scooter Braun purchased Big Machine Records which held the rights to her first six albums in 2019.

However, she has decided to pull the album released this year from awards contention, Billboard.com reported on Tuesday.

She will, however, be putting her ninth studio album with original tracks, Evermore, up for nomination in every eligible category.

I Call True: A bit of slide of hand from Swiftie there to give her new album a better chance of winning!

So just publicity for her album then. Both the rerecorded one and the new one.

Seems a bit egotistical to me. It would be nice if this was your only concern in the world.

You certainly wouldn't bet against her winning again would you?
